Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns Generate high-quality leads and improve cost-per-lead performance Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in performance marketing Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & funnel strategy Experience in lead generation campaigns (Real estate experience is an added advantage) Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Strong communication and coordination skills
